Yoga, sand, and sunshine

Wednesday, January 26th, 2011

Yoga retreats are a perfect opportunity to disconnect from all of the noise in our daily lives and reconnect to our inner selves in a safe, peaceful environment. Doing yoga, enjoying sunshine, and eating healthy for a week straight helps us enjoy more balance when we return to the stresses of cities, jobs, families, relationships, and responsibilities.

Winter and Spring Retreats

Winter and spring is a great time to bring your students on a yoga retreat to a warm destination. Many of our destinations are in sunny, beach front locations, and they provide a great setting to soak up some sun, enjoy some beach time, and focus on your yoga practice.

Yoga Retreat Benefits

Wednesday, June 9th, 2010

International yoga retreats help instructors expand their teaching horizons, gain increased exposure, foster their studio’s sense of community, and earn a generous retreat fee. Retreats also help individuals create more balance and happiness in their lives by providing people the time, beautiful setting, and supportive environment to stop worrying about daily stresses. People can focus on personal development by strengthening their body and restoring a sense of peace to their mind.

Modern culture is often characterized by stressful multi-tasking, fast-paced jobs, unhealthy food, and little quiet time. International yoga retreats allow us to relax and then balance out the parts of ourselves that we often ignore or neglect due to time, family, and professional constraints. Yoga Sherpa’s goal is to help individuals have fun and grow during retreats and then to return home with an increased amount of passion and purpose.
